A must have on your cheese platter this summer

1 wheel Camembert cheese
Fresh thyme
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup macadamia nuts
Macadamia oil

In a small saucepan, pour in honey and a few sprigs of thyme. Warm over medium heat until honey starts to bubble, then lower heat to let the thyme infuse with the honey.

Heat oil in a small fry pan. Over high heat, place the Camembert cheese into the pan and flip every 30-40 seconds to brown the cheese but not let it stick to the pan. Continue until the cheese is a light golden brown colour and is soft to touch.

Place cheese on platter, drizzle generously with honey and top with crushed macadamias.

 Edward’s Tip: Serve with some crackers or crusty bread, fruit and a nice wine.
